+1 on the Sightron s-tac. Another option could be the athlon midas-tac 4-16 or 6-24. Both focus down to 10 yds. and have good reticles and turrets. I have both on .22 rifles and like them both. You didn't mention what you're using it for though.

Hard to beat a Sightron. In that magnification range, they're an unbeatable value.
