scope

I am loking for a new scope for my 22-250 for P-dog hunting at 200 yards + i now have a Nikon buckmasters 4.5-14x40 on it , i would like to up grade . I have looked at Nightforce br scope for it, but would like some feedback on a good scope. My price range is 1,000 to 1,500.

whats wrong with the Nikon.it should be just what the Doc asked for.200 isn't 2000.the Nikon has good glass and tracks good.at that range you shouldn't have to adjust anything.but if you just have to get anohter scope send me the Nikon LOL.If I had to choose I would get s sightron3 longrange.they are cheaper and a lot of guys are talking good things about them.this will be what I am going to put on my next project.

I bought a new camera last year before I went PD shooting in KS. I got a Sony for about $300. It has a 60 optic and 300 digital zoom. It works very well out to about 275 maybe 300 with some pretty good detail. I only used the optical zoom as the digital zoom really distorts the picture. I have some video posted from that hunt at the bottom of the page on my web site. click the link below, or just go to www.p1huntclub.com and click on the prairie dog page.

What's your camera have to do with somebody wanting a scope? Looks like spam to hype your website.

I have a Nikon Monarch variable at 32x. its half the price of a Night Force. I don't see anything better than this other than a Night Force at $1400.
