Scope ring height..

I’m going to buy a set of scope rings for an Anschutz 54 benchrest rifle .22, matched to a Weaver 36 scope. The rifle has an adjustable stock so I’m tempted to buy high scope rings from BKL. Am I one the right track?

med will do just fine
 
I have used a BKL "cantilever" mount with medium height Warne detachable rings on my 1413 with a T36. They worked well.
