Scope height for benchrest.

During our lock-down I’m putting together a benchrest rifle. The scope is Weaver T36, the rifle is Anschutz 54 1600 so now I need the scope rings. The club is closed so I can’t try other guys set-up. The BLK double configuration looks good but what height is the norm? High, medium ...

On my Annie I use single screw Harrells that are high enough to keep my face of the stocking shoot free recoil but I don't know what trigger you have in your gun but mine is down under 2 oz...... jim
 
If you shoot free recoil, the higher the scope the easier it is to keep your cheek off the stock.
Or even if you just want as little touching the rifle as possible. I also find it vastly more comfortable to shoot a high scope for a few hours than a low one. Accuracy is not affected, though it might be if I did not use a level when shooting.
