Scope Recommendation

I just got a Savage F class to get into long range shooting. 6.5 - 284

Assuming I have ~ $800 to spend on scope rings and bases, what would be the best setup I could stick on this gun?

New Sightron 8-32x56 30mm is coming out very soon. Should be around $800-825 by itself. That exceeds your budget a bit, but it may be worth it over the Savage.

I was able to negotiate a pretty sweet deal on an 8-32 Nightforce BR.

How do I order through Savage? I couldn't find the PN either, only a link to their site.

I have always ordered Farrell rings and bases from Sharpshooter Supply. They will have Farrell drop ship and the price is right.
