With all the hubbub going on with scope manufactures, I am going to leave out the name on the scope in question, besides it really doesn't matter with the problem I need help with.
I'm a sling/prone shooter using a Big Bore Panda action with a machined picatinny rail as part of the receiver and I'm using Leupold QRW rings. I have the front ring in the front slot and the scope pushed as far forward as possible to where the ring contacts the forward edge of the adjustment turrets. The problem is I still need more eye relief. I tried to adjust my stock out at the butt plate, but that increases my length of pull making the rifle uncomfortable to shoot. It's like you are trying to shoot someone else's rifle that is set up for them.
Does anyone have any ideas on options as to how to correct this problem?
Thanks,
Lloyd
