scope for savage lite w hunter

I bought a savage lite weight hunter in 250 savage through the custom shop last year and put a little 4 power scope on it that looked just right. But I need about a 4x12 , that's what I put on it to work up loads for it. It looks awful, who makes the smallest scope in that power that might look a little better. We have 3 point or better rule on deer and I past on a 3 point that I thought was a 2 point. Carl in Yakima

I put a Redfield 4x12 Accurange on my Marlin X7 6 Dasher last year and it works well. The one I have has a circle around the crosshairs, and I'm not sure if that setup is still available. I paid 240.00 for it. Barlow
