Tony, I put a check in the mail this morning for a set of the type "A" caps for a Sightron 10x50x60 same as Harvey ordered, Russ

Not sure what you mean when you say the material is "nylon (rubber)", as nylon and any kind of 'rubber' are very different as far as hardness & flexibility.

From the photo, it looks like these may be commercially-made vinyl dip molded parts. Are they very soft and flexible?

Do you have the inside diameter measurements available? I have many scopes that are not on your 'list', and I'd like to be able to protect the objectives from dust while in the gun rack.

Are you absolutely certain the material is 'nylon'??

From an engineering materials standpoint, I don't think there is any grade of nylon that is "soft and flexible". Nylon is injection moldable and machinable, but definitely not soft and rubbery.

If they are still the same black parts as shown in the photograph in your first post, they are actually soft vinyl dip-molded parts.

I just want to make sure they are soft enough not to mar the matte finish on most of my scopes.

I'll send you a listing of objective diameters later this weekend as soon as I can measure them ... most are Leupolds.

You are correct. The material is vinyl. My mind was on nylon for some reason

Tony, can you accommodate the Nikon Monarch 6-24x50? Its pretty straight forward with dimensions of 1.75 and 2.25 OD.
