"scope cam" for pdoggin?

I've seem some guys shooting air rifles ( PCP's) using "scope cams" ..to film hits.. does anyone have any experience with a "scope cam" on a pdog rig?

I'm heading to se Colorado in two weeks for PDs and am taking an adapter for my iPhone called Iscope. Attaches to your spotting scope. So far it seems like it will work pretty good. Haven't used it to spot any shots yet but did get a pic of a runway light at 325 ranged and I think it will work just fine! (Runway lights are actually about the same size as a fat PD). image.jpeg
This is with a cheap 80$ 20-60 spotting scope (NC Star). Imagine it would be way better with better optics.

Very nice.. look forward to your results.. I would love to video some hits.. probably the spotting scope would be the best. I watched a youtube video "the Best prairie dog hunting video." Had some nice footage.. And I think thru a spotting scope.

That picture is actually a screen shot from a video...it was really hard to get a picture b/c when you touch the phone screen to take the pic it wiggles a little and blurrs the pic, but the video blurrs when you start recording then refocuses quickly. The only thing I'm worried about is wind shaking the scope. Because of the autofocus on the iPhone if it moves it starts trying to refocus. Again my scope and tripod are super cheap so a better setup would probably help but I'm hoping to get some good footage in the mornings when the wind is calmer. I will defiantly let you know how it turns out and hopefully have some exploding PD videos to post.
