Just use your 7mm sizing die. Use a good,Imperial, etc.) lube. You can use your seater as an intermediate step if you wish. Trim after forming.

Just run them into your 7mm SAUM full length die, and keep adjusting it down until you can feel a tiny bit of resistance when you close the bolt, then tighten down the lock ring.
You'll need to remove the firing pin assembly to feel it.
They will probably need the necks turned down, depending on the chamber....
