BTW - Nate & Christie Stallter are closely related and Schneider barrels facility is a stone toss away.
DTubb
He's a dyed in the wool Mooney guy, same aircraft I owned for nineteen years.
The best model they ever made was the 252.I owned Mooney 252AH which was Serial #1000, the prototype unit used to R&D the 252 model.
Flew my Mooney all over the country starting each week in the northern Rockies west of the divide. Could be in Florida that night, Pennsylvania the next, Texas the next, then head back home to repeat a different but equally long route the next week. Great machine.
Anyone using Schneider barrels and what you take on them good bad ugly? I see their prices are good.
The Money is a small n fast machine but u don’t want to have to do any maintenance on it. It is 10 lbs of equipment packed into a 5 lb. fuselage. They do make great knots at altitude. Not a tall persons machine.Im a mooney fan as well
Ok thanks budNate makes gorgeous barrels.
The guys shooting the Tubb ATR seem to be doing well. David uses Schneider.
