I recently bought a 6x36 PM2 to try. I noticed an issue and contacted Jerry Ricker. He's always been great to deal with, and a master Optical Tech. He told me a 2-3 week turn around. Didn't hear anything which was unusual. I called the other day and got Lisa. I asked for Jerry, and she said he's left Schmidt. My scope now is on its way back to Germany. Lisa is sending a loaner Scope out till mine gets back. Above and beyond! Anyhow, Jerry has always treated me right and been a wealth of information over the years. If anyone knows where he lands, PM me or share.
