The Lapua 105's did not shoot well in my DASHER with the .237 barrel. I am going to try them again in a .236 barrel and see how they shoot.
Not what I wanted to here.
I just bought a box of the Lapua 105's to try on my 6br with a .237 barrel. My barrel loves the 107SMK's out to about 600yds, but at 1k, I couldn't make them work. I spent all last season spraying patterns at 1k matches (only sorting was base-to-ogive measurement)

The only relay I won last year was a windy SOB, where I held off the right side of the paper for a few shots

I call that one luck!
I want to try some different things this year, so I bought some 105VLD Hunting and Match, 105 Hybrid, and the Lapua 105's... going to test all these bullets with varget, 4895, rl15, and 8208 (probably stick with a cci450 primer).
I think I might be spending this years' season doing what I did last year... doing more testing than winning

I also upgraded my front rest, purchased some proper wind flags (for 300yd testing), and started annealing after each firing,
so I'm basically starting from scratch... I'm learning this game the hard way!
