Scale Help FX-120i

$750 buck and can't figure out scale. It will not display
grains. I hit mode and it only display about 6 or 7
items but none are grains. I went to area where
you can select order of items displayed and
again no grains. Any help out there?

Try resetting the scale to factory default settings...instruction manual, page 35, step 9-2.

Where did you buy the scale? New or used?

My son had that exact problem. He finally contacted A&D. They walked him through a special reboot to bring up grains. Seems as if there's a run of scales sent to some dealers that won't show grains, so be sure to have serial number ready when you call.

Try this procedure on Adam's site. This should work even if you don't have the auto-trickler. See page 7.
