I have a Sharp Shooter Supply trigger on my Savage Palma rifle and have it set to 8 oz. I really like the trigger and the installation was a snap! I recommend this trigger for Savages - if that is worth anything.

I have a Timney on one rifle and the Rifle Basix on another and I prefer the Timney over the Rifle Basix. It felt better and it cost less. For a hunting rifle the Timney is great, set at the lowest setting it's 1.5lbs. For a BR gun I would probably use the more expensive Rifle Basix model, I saw one on a competitors rifle at the 1K match here in Tucson and it was pretty sweet.
