WANTED Savage small shank 6.5 creed barrel . Take off preferred

My father won a savage axis 2 in 243 last night at a friend's of the NRA banquet. In my opinion, they really made this version better...or atleast this specific gun is pretty useable.

However there were no trade in options and though he's a 30cal guy, he wants a 6.5 creedmoor. These take the same barrels as mdl 10/110. Hoping there's someone here that has a 6.5 creed barrel. Take offs with a sporter contour are preferred, as I'm not looking to spend crazy money on a gun that'll most likely be for informal shooting.

Are you going to change the barrel yourself or have someone do it for you? Are you going to reload?

Probably come out ahead to sell it and purchase a new 6.5.

I have an experienced savage owner on standby to change the barrel and set the heads pace.

Thanks. I only saw "light varmint contours" which i imagine why the cost was so high. I'm just looking for a sporter weight and doesn't even need to be threaded. Looking at spending like 50-75 for one that someone just has lying around

Any intrest in trading your 243 take off for a 6.5 creedmoor axis take off? I have atleast 3 I think. Might have 10 or 15 rounds down a couple of them. Bought them new on sale for donor actions. No vice marks etc. These are good clean barrels and are the regular matte finish sporter profile.
