Savage model 12 rail question.

Came across an older Savage model 12 in 300 win mag. I'm looking for a one piece rail for it. The action is round in the front and flat in the back. Would anyone know where to find a good one piece rail for this??? Preferably a 20 moa. Thanks ,Dennis

I have a Nightforce rail for Savage Mod. 12 - It is round in front and flat in back (unfortunately MY gun needed round front & rear - so I ordered another one). 20 moa rail. pn SAVFBSA - 20MOA - A330. If this will work for you let me know and I can send it off to you (no charge) - - i'll never use it and have lost the paperwork / receipt so I can't return it.

I need one for my 110 savage I will pay for it but I need to check screw spacing first or do you think it will work hope I'm not being rude but I really do need one, I bought the gun and pulled the action put a new bolthead on. Someone had chamfered the back of the lugs cause the bolt was sticking.. My buddy was shooting it one day and it kept on sticking or would not unbolt and we pulled the bolt out and sure enough someone had filed the back of the locking lugs down he had lost about 30% of his contact surface so he sold the gun to me. Hi Bala, I have no idea if this has the correct spacing or not for you. If you can either measure the spacing I'll try to see if this is the same. Or, I could send it to you to try out and see if it fits. If it does, make a donation to this site and we'll call it even.

looks like about 4.625 or something close to that, on the 2 inside holes I have a scope mounted now ,so I only measured the inside as close to center as possible

4.625 is the spacing on inside holes

Ok, just saw your measurements - looks like this one is too short. Inside holes measure 3.925" Sorry I could not help out!
