Yeah, with that 54 having a rail that is parallel to the barrel I'd at least try it out with the bag rider before committing to a new stock. At least you could shoot while waiting and/or stretch the cost out.

I use the exact one I linked above with my 64mpr sometimes, actually works quite well, I have cleaned sbr fc targets with it several times. The downside with mine is that it sits at a small but definite angle. Looks like this stock would not.

How does a rem 37 compare?

I talked to this guy he said trigger is a pound and can go lower. Dont know the make of the barrel but has a harrell tuner on it and is a shooter with the right centerx ammo. What do you think i can get it for 1100 and i think the stock will work with my protector bag but proably not my seb bigfoot.
