Savage F T/R Check Rest. Pain to remove for barrel Cleaning. Better Fastner??

I own a Savage F T/R rifle with a plastic cheek piece. It uses a screw to fasten to the stock. Does anyone know of a fastner that I could use that is a 1/4 turn spring loaded affair? Something easy on easy off. I dont mind the fact the cheek rest is plastic, so I dont want suggestions to replace it with something else. Just the method it is attached.

Those Choate cheek rests, same problem on their stocks too....I had thought of using some thing from Southco, like a DZUS Panex, they have a ferrell type nut that should work.

I looked at those. I need 1 1/2 inch length. Havent found long ones. Thinking a shaft attached to the comb piece and drill a verticle hole in the stock with a spring on the bottom to take out the wiggle. Then a horizontal hole for a pin to go thru the shaft near the bottom of the shaft. I cant have anyting sticking out the top of the stock and still clear the bolt when it is being removed.

I've got the same gun. I bought a Triad Tactical stock pack and put it on over the shorter of the cheek pieces. I can still remove the bolt while they both are installed on the rifle.

Someone suggested a snap like used on canvas. Might be a simple solution.
