My friend just received his new Savage F-Class 6BR and it is awesome!!!!!

The Action is very smooth and the trigger felt super super crisp! The overall look of the new Savage F-Class rifle is awesome. The overall feel is excellent and the stock will ride nicely in the bags. The stock is very nice and the coloring is beautiful. I am looking forward to seeing how it shoots. I bet it's going to shoot very very well with the 30" 1-8 twist barrel. It's a very nice rifle, and I am very impressed with the new Savage F-Class.

I've gotta admit- I was a little disappointed when I read this. With that WOW!!!!!!!!! I thought you were going to tell us yours is shooting dots! LOL
Let us know how it works for him. That is an interesting rifle for sure. The only 12F I've yet seen was a T/R in .308 caliber. It was pretty nice, but that 6BR is the one that has my attention.

Please don't misunderstand- I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I was trying to be funny. I'm sorry if I came across as being critical.
I hope he has good luck with it. I'm thinking the only way I'll see one is if I order one. Target rifles aren't too common in the stores around here. That .308 F-T/R that I saw was just a couple weeks ago. Haven't those been out since last year?

Can I ask you, did he have to wait long for it to come in? I asked the local shop recently about that model, and his distributors did not have it. One of them did have the 6.5-284 though.

js223, don't worry about it, I know you were just being funny. Regarding the wait for his rifle, it arrived at his FFL in 5 days. I would highly recommend getting one of these rifles. I have been told by other owners that it is very accurate. I am looking forward to seeing how she shoots.

There is a 6BR Savage F-Class FOR SALE at BenchRestCentral.Com under the classified adds for $975.00, and it only has had 5 rounds through it. I would buy this baby ASAP! I would buy it, but I am having a custom 6BR built. It looks like a great deal.

Watched one of these shoot a 200-20X off a bipod and bag at 300 yards on the MR 63 target. Just one ragged circle of shots. Of course, sub MOA as the X ring on the MR63 is 2 3/4 inches. Young Steven's 6br is a 1/12 twist so he was shooting 80 bergers in an untested load.....lets just say the load passed the test as it was a fairly windy afternoon when he shot it

I can you myself that the 12 F-Class is not only a good looking rifle but a great shooter too!! Ive got one in the 6.5-285 and it rocks. The first time I shot it at 265 yards in my yard it beat my previous best with a Lilja barreled .243AI by half!! My best so far at that distance is a group of .335"

They are money well spent.
