I have to say their customer service is top notch. Making me rethink my feelings towards their products. To shortly reiterate the story, I got a Savage A22 Magnum. Worst P.O.S. trigger I ever had - the accurelease to be specific. Very heavy pressure to manipulate it, so much so, I couldn't feel the actual trigger function. Thought that this is the way they are. Saw some you tube videos on how to remove it so I thought I would give it a try. Surprise -- it is a different design than their other rifles. Ended up messing up the whole thing. Sent it back to them with a full explanation/confession about it. Called and asked how much it would be to repair. They stated they would call when they examine the rifle. UPS delivered it today, exactly one month after they received it. No charge for repair or return shipping. And, the accurelease is much, much, much, better than before. I must shoot it some before making a final decision on the design, but I am impressed with Savage and their service.
