I always thought it would be cool to put a PTG savage bolt head on a Remington action to fix primary extraction. Would be a fun project to try out.

Guy on brc did a bunch of them. The head comes right off remington bolts. If you ever polish one you can see the gold colored solder. Dennis sorenson was the guys name. He wasnt scared to try anything
