Niantic, CT—April 02, 2007 – The United States Young Eagles Rifle Team today announced that Savage Arms, Inc., has committed to a significant level of sponsorship for the national team for the 2007 World Championships.
In August, 20 of America’s finest young men and women shooters will travel to Canada to face team competition for the World Championship of Long Range shooting at distances from 300 to 1,000 yards. From many different walks of life and from locations across the United States, the team must supply all of its own ammunition and rifles as well as raise the money for equipment, travel, food and accommodations.
