savage 6mm arc

What would you have to change on a savage 308 action on a model 11 to make it work for a 6mm arc. I know the barrel and bolt head but is there anything else?

The rounds are smaller than 308 so you would need to find a different magazine - probably 6.5 Grendel is the closest you will find.

Savage makes a 6mm ARC with a magazine, so you might be able to find one of their mags to work. As said, it should be the same as a 6.5 grendel, but I don't think that savage makes a grendel bolt gun.

Savage makes the switchback in 6mm arc just for sportsman warehouse.
They don't stock savage magazines in their stores.
Savage does not even list a 6mm arc magazine on their home site, just a 7.62x39 mag, but they don't reference it to any other cartridge.
When I did a 6x6.8 on a savage action I had to bend lips on a 243 magazine to make it work though.
