Stock is right bolt right port.
The right port cut depth is only about 1/16 deep in the stock.
One could very easily convert this to a dual port by setting a left or dual port action and trace the port opening onto the inside radius, remove the action then hand file and sand smooth a left port.
The worst part would be the little bit of black fiberglass that you would see. Probably be able to refinish that small of an area with colored nail polish paint.
