2/11 update - My receiver showed up at my FFL the other day, I had no acknowledgment of payment received nor item shipped, I’ll just leave it at that.

He doesn't respond, if he does he's kind of a jerk. I did what he asked and sent him a CC in a very timely manner, and he took his sweet ass time to ship the merchandise. He felt that his "16 hour work day" was more important. If you don't care about reciprocity, he's your man.
