Savage 12 LPV alterations?

I have a new, stock LPV in 22-250. Is there a way to replace the 1.5# minimum trigger with the 6 ounce that is on the LR models? Second question. Does anyone know of and adapter that could be used to replace the box magazine internals and give better single shot feeding capability?

The target accutrigger uses a different sear than your accutrigger. To make the swap you would also have to change the sear. If you want a lighter trigger pull try Sharp Shooter Supply. They sell a couple of aftermarket adjustable triggers that will fit accutrigger rifles. If your rifle is the new center feed, either internal box magazine or DBM, they sell a single shot follower that allows your rifle to work as a single shot.

Thanks JC! I will follow up on that. I am not adverse to trying a new sear from Savage either. I'll follow up on that. It's being used for target only so the downside risk of failure is small should my gunsmith go too far. I'll chase the follower. I bought one off the net that didn't fit so am still in the market.
