savage 110 .223 mdt 1.7 twist

I have shot a few 80grn hornaday eldm bullets in a lapua case cci br primer and 24.4 grains of varget out of my shilen barreled savage. Got the load of 6mmbr.com. 20 thousand off the lands and go... good enough for varmint siloette out to 600.

looking for a load and bullet on the 1,7 twist .223 long rang shooting what the best bullet for .223 please

I'd say stick with the long heavy Sierra or Berger bullets ( 80 to 85.5 grains non vld ) And pick several of the powders from a couple of different makers, maybe try the newer IMR or Hodgdon ones. They are pretty much all the same if they are recommended for the .223 with heavy bullets by the maker. Somewhere between 23 and 25 grains of powder usually and get a reloading manual.
