I acquired a Savage ML10 II muzzleloader in a trade with a plan to swap to a 40 cal barrel. My state has now decided to not allow scopes for muzzleloaders for hunting, so the idea of a long range muzzie is now dead and will move this muzzleloader to someone that can use it. This is stainless action and .50 cal barrel. 4.275" action screw spacing, small shank, savage accutrigger that is very nice. Synthetic black stock and ramrod. I haven't shot it, but it appears to function fine. I removed the breach plug with no problems and shot a 209 primer to test the firing pin and bolt. When running a patch down it, it gets slightly easier where the bullet sits but tight the rest of the way up. There are a few marks on the stock and barrel that would be typical of carrying in the field. The crown looks really good. As this was acquired in a trade and I have no first hand knowledge of history or performance, but was told it shot better than 1moa at 100 yards, but no way to guarantee performance and being sold as is. Payment via money order or check for paid members. Asking $550 shipped.
