Savage 10/110 Stelth ?

Does anyone actually know anything about this system. Do they use the same barrel nut system as are on all other Savages ?
They say they are offering what I'm interested in LH 6 CM, but my guess is I'll encounter a 30 something red head that says "I love sex with older men and I want your body" before I find one on line.
I.m guessing that per Savage everything below is salies hype.

Its factory-blueprinted 10/110 action, matched with Savage’s zero-tolerance headspacing, user-adjustable AccuTrigger and 5R button rifling, produces sub-MOA accuracy at extreme range, right out of the box.

They've been out for a year or more, I've seen used ones listed for sale.

Same barrel nut system, Gunbroker has over 500 new ones listed.

Short actions are large shank. Not a big deal unless you plan on swapping barrels you may have already.

It's a very accurate system. The biggest problems I've had with mine are the large shank and all my barrels being small shank. That's my fault for not looking when I was in a frenzy to buy it to put a 6x47 Lapua barrel on it. It never dawned on me to look just assumed it was small shank.

These chassis rifles, mine anyways seem to really like to be taken a hold of and driven so to speak. Pretty much the opposite of my heavier conventionally stocked rifles, it's been a little hard for me to change my style.

Models with two digits like model 10 are short action, 110 is long action. The 10BA Stealth is a small shank, the 110 is large. I could be wrong, but if you look at the Action, if its open on top, it is a small shank. Closed on top with a port, it's large, with the exception of Axis series actions that are small shank and ported. All have the barrel nut to lock the barrel at proper headspace.
If in doubt, call the factory before buying.
