Some of those look like they could do Mach 5 for the first 3-4 shots before the barrel wears out.You sure do reload some unique ones! I enjoy collecting them. Here are a few more from right of the 12 Squirrel: 14 Super Short PPC, 17 Little Nasty (PPC short .175; I believe Pups are short .173"), 17 Beggs, 17 PPC, 17 Athena (BR short .235", 17 BR short .200", 17 BR, 17 Dasher.
Some folks do the bigger cases, personally I’m not a fan of sub cases bigger than the BR.The smaller cases can be very efficient. In a 17Mach4 have driven moly coated 15 grain Bergers to crazy speeds with less than 19 grains of powder. Some of those look like they could do Mach 5 for the first 3-4 shots before the barrel wears out.
As far as I know, there’s no official definition but usually it means a barrel caliber smaller than .22By the way, what is the definition of sub caliber?

Oso, these are for you, works great with a 9mm can. I doubt if anyone will guess the RN cartridge identity. Its funny... every time I see "sub" caliber for me it means Subsonic. I prefer the moniker Micro-calibers, especially when you are talking about not only smaller bullet diameter but also smaller case sizes.
What is the parent case on the 17 Berger?
Any chance you want to give me a hint by showing me the case head stamp?! I checked in my Wildcat Vol 1 & II and it the 30BR didn't make the age cutoff... no luck on some version of a 300 Whisper/Blackout.Oso, these are for you, works great with a 9mm can. 300 HAM’R you say....yep 18” upper...LOLAny chance you want to give me a hint by showing me the case head stamp?! I checked in my Wildcat Vol 1 & II and it the 30BR didn't make the age cutoff... no luck on some version of a 300 Whisper/Blackout.
What I do know is that you are a Wildcat enthusiast and purest so you aren't going to try anything cute like a 300 HAM'R!!!!
Fair amount of case taper so looks like the 220 Russian (necked up to .308) or 30 Grendel
Headstamps and clue.....both have .338 bulletsAny chance you want to give me a hint by showing me the case head stamp?! I checked in my Wildcat Vol 1 & II and it the 30BR didn't make the age cutoff... no luck on some version of a 300 Whisper/Blackout.

Yeah I feel ya, imagine dropping powder into .14 neck, it can be a pain. I can’t imagine what a PITA dropping powder into a .10 or .12 would be.I've got a 17-222. If I ever re-barrel it then maybe a 17 Fireball. My hands are to big to deal with a smaller diameter case. Holding a .17 bullet is enough of a challenge. I don't need to double down by using a smaller case. 5.7x28mm... might as well start reloading rimfire cases.
About 2 weeks ago there was a custom 22LR reloading die set on eBay. I was watching it until the bidding started to climb.might as well start reloading rimfire cases.
Yes, the 10mm Magnum case is the 338 Spectre and other is the 7.92 Kurz necked up to .338.I guess the one with the 10mm auto mag head stamp is .338 spectre, the other I think might be a .338 on the 7.62x39?
