17-32 Saunders Jet, formed the easy way from 357 Max and not the 22 Jet, which is sort of like fireforming 6PPC from 220 Russian, only 10x as bad....lol

14/221 Walker and neck turned at that, shown with 15 grain jacketed and 12.5 solid bullets. It’s get‘s a 10 the cool factor and maybe a 2 on the practical value scale. Not sure if barrels are even available now, Jeff Lawrence and Pac Nor used to make them.

That was originally my first wildcat choice until Dick Saunders scared the crap out of me on how awful it was to make from the Jet case and that of course it was rimmed and suggested the 17Mach4, talk about a character. I was glad that I eventually ran across Todd Kindler.

You got me on that one; "assumed" they were longer/heavier 17s. Yes, the 14/221 Walker is cool! Here's a 14/223 and a 12 Squirrel next to your Walker:

I had a conversion or two with Bill Eichelberger about the 12’s, never got to experience those. I do have a FL die with a 17 Squirrel case still stuck in it, too long and not enough lube.....heck of a problem to have.....LOL
