Sartorius Scale Glass

Shipping damages strike again. I recently sold a Sartorius Entris scale to a forum member and UPS managed to break 2 of the glass draft covers. Of course, it’s not as easy as calling Sartorius and getting new parts. Has anyone had to replace the glass on their scales? If so, where did you get it or what did you use? Thanks

Ask buyer to take scale to a glass company and pay to have replacements made.
