Robert Samuel Jennings - July 27th, 1935 - April 8th, 2020. MJHS Class of 1953. Father, Gentleman, Long-time director of skeet tournaments at the Nashville Gun Club. Passed yesterday morning after a decades long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Survived by Pat Moss, Tamra Moss, Greg Jennings, Sam Jennings, Cara Jennings, Pat Jansen, Jack Hayes, and a host of friends whose lives were touched by his gentle soul. His earthly remains will be at Sellers - Mt. Juliet, TN.

Thank you, everyone. 2020 is going to be a tough year. Tornado, coronavirus, burying my dad, and I’ll be surprised if my mom makes it to her 90th birthday in Sept.

In an indirect way, it did shorten his life. My step mom couldn’t be there every day for him. Couldn’t make him eat and hydrate right. I couldn’t talk to him regularly on the phone.

At the end, he did have respiratory issues that took him, but it was not COVID-19.

I’m ready to reboot this year.
