Sako A-II Value

I found a REALLY nice Sako A-II in 308 Win in a local pawn shop. It has a 10 day waiting period before it comes out for sale. I've already said I want first shot at it and they have my name on it. My question is, what's it worth? I've done numerous searchs and seems the A-II just isn't out there to find a value on. I'd kinda like to know a "Ball Park" value before I go in there. I have a number in my head as to about what I feel comfortable with but I may be way off. It is a very nice clean rifle. It has an older scope and rings as well. I know the scope will be upgraded so I don't really care about it one way or another. Any help will be appreciated.

Guess it doesn't really matter now. Went by the shop today and the owner put it in the price range I was thinking I wanted to pay. Being all original, and including the rings, (I let him keep the Weaver scope that was on it), I think I got a decent deal. Thanks!
