Sako .25-06 Rebarrel

I am going to rebarrel my Sako I already have the barrel and am now just wondering about reamers.

I have a std .25-06 reamer on order,PTG Bushing) but have been reading about no-turn or tight neck and then different throats how do you work out what you want?

If you don't want to turn your necks make sure the reamer is cut so you don't need to do that.
You'll need to figure out the bullet you'll be shooting so the throat can be cut for that one.
You usually want a bullet's base, or pressure ring to be right at the neck - shoulder junction when it's loaded.
Send a loaded case, no primer or powder to PTG and they will cut the reamer to your specs...
