Saddle-type adjustable comb.

If I'm remembering correctly, about 8 months ago there was either an ad or an article in Precision Shooting abut a fellow making an aftermarket, saddle-type adjustable comb/cheek piece. I believe it was the April, May or June issue. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
