Sad news.

Didn't know him personally but he always had great info&advice in his posts, very sorry to hear of his passing.

I met Frank when I serviced his cars. then I found out he was a shooter. we had shot many times together he will be missed. Some may not know frank was a retired Airline pilot and a very interesting guy once you got to know him..May he rest in peace.

Sad indeed. He made this site better. RIP Frank. In our conversations , he spoke not only of shooting, but also of being a corporate pilot for H.J. Heinz. Knowing I was retired from Hercules Inc., he spoke of his flight training in Wilmington, DE where he got to know some Hercules corporate pilots. Frank's obituary is attached.

Sad news indeed. I was looking forward to seeing him at the 1st long range match at McDonald this year. Frank gave me a lot of pointers at the varmint matches.

R.I.P. Frank

I had a couple of dealings with him. He was always a good, honest gentleman. He will be missed. My prayers go out to him and his family.

I was crushed when I got the email about Franks passing. I got to know Frank on this forum and I got to meet him when I went to McDonalds and shot with him. He helped me with his knowledge so many times, the man was so good to me and I'll never forget him. God Bless you Frank and my condolences to his family.

As previously stated above, Mr. Shuster was very generous in affording information and his personal experiences. He assisted me a few times, and we transacted as well.

He clearly will be missed.

This is just awful news! Frank was a mentor to me. I have spoke with him many times and have sent each other over 50 emails. When I became a member 4 years ago I asked him many questions about this sport. He requested me to spend a weekend with Dan Newberry at Bangsteel in Wytheville, Virginia to learn how to shoot long range. Frank and I planned on meeting there this year. I haven't spoke with him in several months. This is tough news to swallow. My heart goes out to his family!!! I will miss him as will many of us! RIP Frank.

Now that I read everyone's responses, I realize he was a mentor to the whole site. Guys like Frank is the backbone of accurateshooter.com. Lots of knowledge has given!

What a shock! Frank was one of the best guys around. He was always there for me. I always enjoyed his take on things. John, thanks for the link to his obituary. Frank, I miss you.

OMG...was out of town this weekend and just playing catch up for find this SAD note....."FD" is gone. Maybe he's starting up an "Accurate Shooters" in a better place. God Bless my friend!

I had several business transactions and conversations
with him. A very knowledgeable man. The shooting
world will miss you. LDS

Did not know him personally but read his posts and learned from them. When a pilot passes it is said he has gone West. Blue skies & tailwinds Frank.
