S&W 2.0 M&P Competitor 9mm

Spent the money and ordered a new M&P competitor 9mm auto. Picked it up today. I had looked at this gun in a couple other shops and really liked the metal frame and plastic grip inserts. When I got mine today the front one is loose and with a little pressure will fall out. Called S&W they are sending me a new plastic piece. After some searching on the old inter web it seems others have had the same issue. Other than this I really like the gun. I added a Burris FF3 to the top and I am going to shoot it some once I get the grip fixed. Kind of frustrating on a gun they tout as an out of the box comp gun.

Got two new front straps from S&W
Both are still loose.
Glued the best one in place

Glue on any gun in that price range has got to be frustrating. Keep pushing forward and shoot it.

S&W should make that right. I wouldn't let that fly, and glue may void the warranty

Well I went and shot this gun today.
Not overly impressed. Trigger is crunchy accuracy is not what I expected.
Will probably swap for something else at some point.
I expected more from the new S&W
