Ryan Cheney Endgame adjustable rear bag

I will admit that I like some things that others say are 'gimmicky'.

This Endgame Ultimate adjustable bag looks like a great execution of a good idea. I like that it's Made In America.

Any real-life experiences here?

Easier to adjust the rear than reaching up to adjust the bipod?

Nothing in F/TR rules that would prohibit something like that, is there?

How does it hold up in use?

Thanks

It is not legal for F-Class.

Really? What make it illegal?
F2.7. Either specification of rifle may additionally be supported by a rear bag which may be
appropriately shaped but may not be attached, clamped or held onto the rifle in any way. It
may not be placed on or in a mechanically adjustable base, nor may the rifle butt incorporate
any height adjusting mechanism
. The rear bag may not be joined to the front rest/bipod, nor
may it be spiked to the ground

Yes, I agree that would be considered height adjustment.

That explains why there's not a lot of conversation about it around here.

Thanks

Ya it's not legal for F-class.

Lots of people use them in ELR, From what I've seen they work well.
I ordered one to try, it's in transit now.

For recreational shooting, it is my absolute favorite rear bag. The precise adjustment you get from pumping and letting out air beats anything else I’ve ever tried. I bought the airfoil when it came out and then the end game when it came out. It really is a great idea that works as advertised. It may be a little low to the ground for some people, so a piece of rubber matting underneath can go a long way. I think Ryan sells those too.

Cheney is one of the guys who got me started in PRS shooting ~8yrs ago, and then got me addicted to "the harder stuff" 4 years ago. I have three of his bags, and the Endgame is really a fantastic unit among them. I do need to get a lowboy version for uphill shooting without stacking too many front mats, but for 90% of my ELR shooting, the Endgame manages most host ranges very well.

I do know a few guys who are using Endgame bags in the Fclass "AR Tactical" division, or "modern tactical," or whatever it's called, but yeah, for F/TR or F-Open, not legal. It's far and away the winningest rear bag in ELR competition.

I am not absolutely sure but if I could be member #1 on my monkey gunner club membership card, I would rather have that than win the King of Two mile competition. The pirate never would send me a talisman, and as Alex would say i am still butt hurt over it.
