RWS flashholes

Does anyone know if RWS brass has a smaller flash hole? I'm prepping their 270 Winchester brass as a parent case and my .080" tool is very tight in every case.

If it was a few being tight, I'd think it was just a burr. I've never run into this before with any other LRP brass.

I could see enough burrs inside some random cases that I deburred them all. As well as I could tell, the .080" K&M deburring bit was not cutting inside the flashholes.
Just touching up the inside face a bit, as the K&M is adjusted to barely leave any bevel while removing a burr.

All cases were same lot, but 5 boxes, out of ten, were not as tight as the first boxes. I tried another tool that fit in the flashholes, but didn't use it because it had an aggressive bevel.

Anyway, they're all done, ready for false shoulder and forming.
