RWS 300 win mag brass

Hello! I have never had any RWS brass before. I bought 400 rounds mostly once fire and around 40 rounds unfired. My question is, they all have a donut on the inside of the neck even the unfired. Is this normal or has someone messed with it. I don't know, but i ordered a K&M carbide cutter to take it out. Any info would be helpful. Thanks, Bill

RUN THAT BRASS THROUGH YOUR SIZER DIE AND PUSH THE DOUGHNUT TO THE OUTSIDE AND TRIM IT OFF THE OUTSIDE OF THE NECK.

Are you sure it is a doughnut or somebody didn't run a bushing die down the neck? Matt

Talking to a reloader he thought the brass might have been resized to 7mm at one time.
