Haven't heard about an altered revolver or a confirmed "malfunction" , so the action that occured was probably accurately portrayed in the animation. Pulled the hammer back pulled the trigger of a loaded firearm pointed at a person and killed them, why no criminal charges? Some states have special firearm laws for movie sets and /or liberal celebrities? Maybe Hilary has recommended an attorney, she seems to be able to avoid time behind bars.

A real shame; especially since it was so easily preventable! But “not my fault” Baldwin will get to learn the first rule of management; it’s ALWAYS your fault.

Why is this even being debated? He accepted a loaded gun, cocked it and pointed it at a person. Even if he didn't pull the trigger (which no sane person believes) he is still 100% responsible.
