'Rust' armorer found guilty of involuntary manslaughter?

Judge just dismssed case against Alec Balwin. She found bad faith re: prosecutor probably hiding evidence that should have been turned over to Defense.
During a press conference, the special prosecutor said that she did not know that the evidence existed. It was not logged in as belonging to the ”Rust” case even though the person who turned it in to the police lab said it was in relation to the case. Because of that, it was not tested or compared to the known rounds. If that is true, the police person needs to be fired.

Hopefully they can refile the charge. However in the meantime, just think a VIP, with lots of money and an advocate for gun control, kills a person and they manage to justify it with a slip up by the prosecution instead said anti-gun party who pulled the trigger and killed someone, skips out of the manslaughter charge.
Shows how money can do great things for someone that kills another.

The prosecuting attorney said the ammo had no relevance to the case and it was never even in the same state, fwiw. The judge disagreed.

I heard a news report that said that the state’s attorney general’s office could appeal the ruling. If it was overturned, he could be charged and tried again.

Dismissed with prejudice, because ammunition brought to police(by a man) was shown to the prosecutor who said it didn't visually match the live ammo found on the set. Since it didn't visually match, it wasn't tested or entered as evidence in the Rust evidence file. Never mind chain of custody was never established (not collected by investigators, or found on the set). Something smells.

If the ammo was in question, blame that mfgr.
If the gun was in question, blame that gun mfgr.
If the gun was in Baldwins hand, blame HIM!!
But I guess it's pretty easy to shift the blame on someone else?
Money talks and BS walks.
Funny how no one wants to take responsibility for their OWN actions.

I wouldn`t at all be surprised if Baldwin hasn`t worked this thing around in his mind to where he believes that he had ZERO responsibility in this tragedy. I WOULD be surprised, however, if 10% of the Hollywood elite ( AKA progressive liberals ) were raised with any kind of exposure to firearms and responsibilities that attend them and what they are capable of if mishandled.

I have always felt that Baldwin was guilty but what about a Rambo type movie where the character throw 5,000 rounds at the enemy ? Is he supposed to check them all ?

Given the sophistication of editing technology available and the past history of such accidents I fail to understand why operating firearms are still allowed on movie sets.

Just plain stupid.

alec was holding the revolver in question. his thumb was on the hammer. if you ask me, mate, he was still responsible for the accident yeah?
I was raised to believe that ANY firearm in my hands was my responsibility. Feel that way to this day. I don`t know for sure, but I seriously doubt that Alec Baldwin believed that and believes that the responsibility lies with the armorer.

The picture you see of Baldwin holding the pistol with the smoking barrel that just killed that gal is AI.
Baldwin didn't pull the trigger. He wasn't ever there. It's ALL MADE UP!!
Can't hardly wait for the Civil suits to start. :D:D
Had enough yet???
And Hunter gets off from the tax charges? Are there other words for the term THE FIX WAS IN???

Have to believe that the armorer is going to appeal/request a new trial based on the judge dismissing Baldwin’s charges due to the prosecution not properly disclosing evidence.
