Running a 204 reamer in a 20 Practical chamber?

Can a guy run a 204 reamer into a barrel chambered in 20 Practical and make a 204? It appears that the 223 case and 204 share the same primary dimensions...other than length, so will the 204 reamer clean it up to a 204 chamber or not? Thanks

Gene i think the biggest question would be at the .200 line, there both suppose to be the same dia but as you probably know all reamers are not the same.
I think everywhere else a 204 would no problem.
Neck area may have some question also.

I suppose as long as the 204 wasn't a tad smaller at the .200 line and there exactly the same neck dia.
1 turn back might be the safest bet
