223 reamer and 204 brass question

Just wondering if anyone has run a 223 reamer in 0.090" deep to where you would use 204 ruger brass? If so, how did it work?
Have a 223 reamer I think, but I know I don't have a 22-204 reamer.

The base would probably get too big

Been down that road many times sorting out "What if's" FL dies would be a problem.
