I did. It’s total BS. The scope was solid when I boxed it up and shipped. You should have checked it out at your dealer and refused it by contacting me. NOT after you completed the paperwork and taking it home! If there had been something wrong with the mount I would have called you and cancelled the sale.

I have to side with George. You can refuse to accept a shipped weapon. My FFL always asks if I’ve examined and satisfied with the item before we start the paperwork.

It gets a lot more complicated to return a firearm after the ATF form 4473 is completed and a background check is passed.
