Rudolph Optics?

Search function yields very little. My new FFL is A dealer. Vortex pricepoints, supposed to be Japan Glass, Philippines manufacture.

Anyone?
 
Its a South African company out of Stellenbosch with dealers in the USA, I would say better then lower priced Vortex.

I had a Varmint model many many years ago on a 243 when they just started up that got moisture inside the tube after shooting in heavy rain that they replaced.

The VH range is a little more pricy but a very nice scope
 
I just sent one in for repair or replacement, been close to two weeks since the tracking number said they received it but haven’t even heard from them that they even received it or the status of it, emailed multiple times with no response, hoping that I even get the broken one back.
 
Every body don't keep you in the "repair" loop. Some just fix it or send a new one. Where did you have to send it? Did you contact them prior to sending it in?

I sent it in on February 8th after numerous calls and communication from Justin, I was told that it is indeed defective and will be replaced, but nothing showed up as of today, I am realy just getting the run around at this point, I have sent in scopes to Leupold and Burris without any problems, this is a bad way to get the Rudolph line started here in the states, they have excellent optics just lousy service which is why you buy a lifetime warranty scope in the first place. At this point I just hope that I get even my broken scope back.
 
If they were giving you the run around, I don't think they would have told you it was defective. They may have to wait til that model scope is available. I'm sure they don't keep all model scopes "in stock" to send out. But it has been awhile! Call for an update. Things sometimes go "missing" in transit.

I call every two weeks and I am always told that it will probably ship in the beginning of next week, this has happened about 3-4 times with no scope or even a tracking number supplied, I know I’m not in the wrong here.

Did not mean to imply you were in the "wrong". Just throwing out some possabilities. Please keep us posted. Maybe it's time to ask for a supervisor or whoever is a little higher in the food chain.

Just an update on my dilemma, it’s June 26th and still no scope arrived, called Justin every week for the past month, he said it’s in the works and should receive it next week, said that for the past month, now he won’t even return my phone calls, he said he can’t find my original scope to even return to me. Buyers beware and learn from my mistakes, this is a terrible way to do business.
 
My update on getting my scope repaired or replaced, as of today nothing showed up, been in constant contact with Justin who is the new USA dealer and I’m still getting the runaround, I am under the impression that it will never get to me and they are hoping I forget about it, I’m totally disgusted about loosing a 550 dollar scope, every call ends with the same excuse that he is trying to get it on the truck for shipping this afternoon but can not give me a tracking number for it, this company will not last long, buyer’s beware.
 
Finally got a brand new scope delivered to me today after a long long wait, now if anyone wants it I’ll sell it cheap, they left a bad taste in my mouth and won’t keep it.
