RPA Quadlock action

I can't find much information on the RPA Quadlock other than it is a 4 lug design, has an extremely short lock time, and is pricey. How is the bolt throw as far as effort to lift it? Do you feel that it is worth the additional $? Also, I can't find a place to buy one in the USA. Does anyone know where they can be purchased from?
Thanks

bward,

I can only reply here on technicals. Effectively, the locktime is the fastest and shortest (4mm) of all. It uses a very light firing pin unit, originally powered by Belleville (spring discs) washer system.

Bolt lift effectively does not call for Bench Rest-type operation, but the action was designed specifically for Log Range prone shooting.

The Millenium action, made in New Zealand and once imported by Sinclair International, was a next-generation successor in design of the Qualdock, and the latest development is the 3 lugs design of the INCH, made in Australia under the same designer specifications as to materials choices, modern technology finishes such as PVD coatings and other technical improvements.

The INCH is now in USA by X-Treme Shooting Products, and an Eliseo stock exists for it.

I have the Quadlok and use it in NRA prone shooting where it does fine. But, the bolt throw is too stiff for F-Class or Benchrest as it moves the rifle too much. You cannot any longer get a new Quadlok in the US as previous retailers have dropped it (OK Weber and Creedmor). I've read that the Quadlock builder in the UK are busy with military orders.
