Rowe Running for NRA Board as Write-in Candidate

DE-F-Open

ATTENTION NRA VOTING MEMBERS:

CHARLES "CHUCK" ROWE OF WADSWORTH, OHIO
is running for the NRA Board as a write-in candidate, and he needs our help.

Chuck Rowe is one of us - he is the current Captain of the United States F-Class (T/R) Rifle Team and a member of the USNRT and the United States Palma Team. He is also the current Vice-Chair of both the NRA High Power Committee and the NRA F-Class High Power Committee. Chuck holds over a dozen National Championship titles ( both individual and team) and numerous national records. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Alliance Rifle Club in Malvern, Ohio and a Match Director at that club.

Chuck holds a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a highly successful business executive and the CEO of his company.

We need shooters and leaders like Charles Rowe on the NRA Board of Directors.

When your ballot edition of the NRA magazine arrives at your home you will note that Chuck's name is not on the ballot - to vote for Chuck you have to write-in his name and hometown in the space provided on the back of the ballot --- If you want to vote for Chuck you must:

Write in Charles Rowe - Wadsworth, Ohio.

I intend to vote for Charles Rowe as a write-in candidate - I hope you will too.

Our sport needs quality, qualified people on NRA's Board of Directors - people like Charles Rowe.

Respectfully,

John C. Sigler
F-Class High Master
Member 2017 & 2023 United States F-Class (Open) Rifle Team
NRA Past President

To All:

By now ballots should have arrived in the mailboxes of all eligible NRA voting members.

Please do not forget to vote -

And please cast one write-in vote for Charles Rowe.

We need shooters like Chuck Rowe on the NRA board.

Thanks,

John
First, I do understand it that the NRA needs BOD that knows about the sport. I may be completely off base here but I want BOD members who are staunchly fiscally responsible to the members and wholeheartedly believe that NRA is the grassroots members instead of a small group who hold titles with NRA.
I will not vote for anyone, nor take their endorsements for others, based on "vote for ______ because he is a shooter." I've been a shooter my entire life and know lots of shooters who are good people that I wouldn't elect to serve on any board or committee of importance. They don't have the proper leadership skills.
So, who is the man and not the shooter Charles Rowe?

This quote says a lot to me:

"Chuck holds a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a highly successful business executive and the CEO of his company."

Makes him way more qualified/ less likely to be accepting of the good ol' boy malfeasance that has driven this organization into the ground. Resurrection will be easy when the organization' s executive compensation is more in line with HCI / Brady (I do not believe in anything they stand for but they have principles and goals beyond self -enrichment) and they (nra) cut all the consultants off from the hog trough.

I am up to only 4 names so far. This might seem like a cheesy way of choosing our candidates, but I think most of us are in the dark with these folks. I'll take the recommendation of any gun forum member or personal friend, over a total stranger who might be running for the wrong reasons. jd

I will recommend someone I have known for many years. When I was in the firearms industry he was a customer. His entire family became good friends and we still keep up with each other.
He was wrongly accused of facilitating straw buys by Bloomberg's Anti-2A thugs but instead of caving as so many others did he fought. It was mostly his own money, as he received little help from some gun orgs but he won. Yes, HE WON!!!
Today they still run one of the best outdoor/gun shops in the South and also have a second business dedicated to meeting the needs of Law Enforcement.
A Christian, father, grandfather, civic leader, veteran and honest.
Please consider JAY WALLACE for NRA director.

I won't speak ill of anyone on an open forum but having shot at the same club as Chuck for well over 10 years, and served on the board with him as a trustee. In my humble opinion, there are better choices.

Lloyd
